A BIT ABOUT ME

Become the best version of yourself

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I have never been that skinny girl, I’ve always played sports but  always had extra weight on me. In 2016 I hit my heaviest weight and had a Health scare, was admitted to the hospital for 3 days because my BP was extremely high. The day I was discharged from the hospital I knew I had to make a change or I was no longer going to be here for my 2 kids. So I started to do all my research about nutrition/exercise. Then decided to go for it! My first year I ran a 5k race in 30min! After that I knew I could do anything! I kept working very hard for the next 3 years! I felt strong and healthy. I kept going and never looked back! I want to empower women and encourage them to become the best version of themselves and show them that  NOTHING is impossible.
